Flooring: Main: A custom band-sawn French Oak floor was used throughout the home—carefully chosen to withstand heavy foot traffic, yet still provide the light and modern look desired. Warren Christopher also custom-crafted the stair treads to match the flooring.
Master Bedroom: 12” wide hand-hewn charcoal gray French Oak.
Bunkroom: Custom heavy wire-brushed European Oak.
Interior Walls: Reclaimed siding for sliding doors, cabinetry, beams and wall treatments.
Description: A private residence located in the exclusive port streets of Newport Beach, California, with interior design by Kim Rodosky. Four different woods were used to create a distinctive and eclectic experience in this exciting custom home.
