All of the salespersons, installers, and project managers at Warren Christopher are highly trained in all aspects of the industry. We pride ourselves on our knowledge and experience, and are committed to providing exceptional client experience and results. From delivery to installation and maintenance, we are there throughout the entire process to answer any questions and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
As a teenager, Chris began his flooring career as an installer. Building on that experience, he then started his own flooring installation business. Later, he worked as a top salesman for some of the leading flooring companies. In 1992, Chris joined his uncle, Warren Caves, in the family flooring business. When his uncle retired in 1995, Chris purchased the business. He began forming relationships with some of the largest flooring retailers in the country and transformed the business from a local installation company into a respected nationwide flooring supplier, finisher, and installer. His initial clients included Wolfgang Puck restaurants worldwide, Ralph Lauren stores worldwide, and Ambercrombie & Fitch worldwide. Working on such diverse global projects gave Chris great insight on residential wood floor development. He’s committed to creating a product that transforms a client’s home into a thing of beauty, rich with history, reflecting each client’s uniqueness and style.

In 2004, Missy joined her brother, Chris, in the family business. She has learned the business from the ground up—working every position from commercial project management to residential sales and showroom director. Missy now serves as Vice President of Warren Christopher, and is proud to have worked alongside with her brother to develop and brand the company into the well-regarded entity it is today. She enjoys working with clients consultatively—getting to know their unique needs and preferences so that she customize the best products for their location, lifestyle and aesthetic.
