Description: A private residence located in the exclusive enclave of Monarch Beach in Dana Point, California, built by Jake Hiemstra Construction & Design, with interior design by Kelly Nutt Design. Kelly chose Warren Christopher’s Light Rustic European Oak to achieve her clients’ vision for a clean, contemporary home in keeping with its stunning beachside environment. The pale, wire brushed floors are a perfect complement to the updated cottage decor and indoor/outdoor living spaces.
