Please keep in mind that showroom samples and photographic reproductions can give an example of a particular type of wood floor’s appearance but they may not be representative of the full range of color, texture, and grain variations which can occur in the product itself. Once the flooring has been installed, you have deemed it acceptable. It is your responsibility to inspect the
flooring and to communicate with your sales rep, designer, and/or Contractor to ensure that everyone is completely satisfied with the flooring that was received with regards to color, grain, and/or grade issues.
